From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The accommodations were immaculate, with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The stunning views from the balcony added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The pool area was serene, providing a perfect spot to relax, and the on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious dishes that showcased local flavors. I highly recommend trying the breakfast; it was a delightful way to start the day. Location-wise, Ratan Hotel & Villa is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were also incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and arranging activities. Overall, my stay at Ratan Hotel & Villa exceeded my expectations. My room was clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping and water bottle refills, which I really appreciated. The hotel restaurant is conveniently located nearby an emergency clinic and plays relaxing ambient music from morning until evening, which adds to the calming atmosphere. My villa was right next to the restaurant, making it easy to grab meals. That said, the warm hospitality and overall comfort made it a lovely stay. I would recommend Ratan Hotel for those looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to unwind.

However there weren’t many places around it, you need to take grab/bikes (which they offer for a pretty reasonable price) to go around. There is a clinic, laundry, and some warung nearby. We ate a few times in a nearby warung (BB Corner) food was great and it was clean. Highly recommended if you want to eat indonesian food

The place is nice overall with a nice pool area including comfortable seating spaces, big and comfortable rooms (nice furniture plus huge shower) and a small terrace in front of each room. The scooters you can rent there are ok and you reach the main spots of the area withing 10 mins with it (e.g. Padang Padang, Uluwatu).
